Senior Research Scientist for Enzyme Discovery

For our Enzyme Discovery Department in Hørsholm, we are looking for a Senior Research Scientist (PhD) with a strong scientific background in molecular biology and enzymology preferably with a strong understanding of dairy products or food technology.

You will take on the role as a Molecular biologist and enzymologist in new product development projects and will help to ensure that we can bring new enzymes to the market. Often you will need to be eager to develop new methods, where no protocols are available. As a molecular biologist and a product expert, you will also be responsible for providing post-launch support to the product value chain, including support to application, production, IP, sales, marketing, and regulatory affairs, by solving technical problems and providing new scientific information.
