We are looking for a strong personality, who has proven to be a talented project manager and who would be excited to lead small teams of world-class specialists developing new technical concepts for future Grundfos solutions.

What is the job about?

Your role will be, together with your team, to push new ideas forward from hypothesis to demonstration and – if a solid potential is demonstrated – then to push it through conceptualization and incubation until it’s ready to hand over for product development and commercialization.
You will be heading projects with a high degree of uncertainty and the task is to evaluate both the market desirability, the business viability and the technical feasibility.
Impact, flow and leadership are keywords for innovation projects and through an agile mindset, your job is to maximize the output on all three parameters.
