Are you passionate and experienced in Talent and People Development? Would you like to be part of our People & Organisational growth team with the purpose of driving impactful talent development activities?

As a Lead Talent Specialist, you will design and implement corporate-wide people practices around Talent and People Development and bring those into life by working together with Learning Partners, HR BP and People Leaders/Subject Matter Experts in the organization through consulting them on how to create impactful talent development activities and by running annual talent flow activities and specific talent development programs.
