Are you a strong communicator, with an interest in online community building and developing materials for an online help center? Then we are looking for you.

You’ll be working closely with another student assistant and your first assignment will be co-creating a new or adjusted concept for the community and help center in collaboration with stakeholders from both product management and customer relations.

Your tasks and responsibilities

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
creating a welcoming and collaborative community environment amongst our users and customers
Engaging with our online community and responding to comments and enquiries
