Do you have a background in IT and management consulting from a top-tier firm or blue-chip organization combined with +2 years' experience within the Service business domain? You will strengthen our team towards achieving more transparency from customer order to its final delivery, establishing a digital thread end-to-end.

Responsibilities

Support Global IT to bring our Business stakeholder engagement to the next level, building trust, in order to accelerate our business transformations powered by technology
Understand our Business strategy and goals, the main value drivers related and the derived business and IT capabilities to build business cases
E2E processes drafting and road mapping, e.g. in the discrete manufacturing industry (Order to Delivery and/or Delivery to Renewal)
