The position will have two roles, IT HR Consultant and Scrum master, for the “I learn and grow” area.

IT HR consultant takes responsibility of HR solutions and contribute on delivering on consultant tasks, incl support, continuously business improvement and assignment in the HR area.

Key Success Factors:

Everyone around the Scrum Master understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.
Team deliver continuous value.
Facilitate events with success and engagement.
Remove as many impediments as possible.
