We are looking for people, who see opportunities and are motivated to learn how to become successful future leaders. You also understand how to build relationships, create trust and are eager to support and develop people around you.

Throughout the leader trainee programme you will be assigned to a specific department in either sales, customer support, logistics, IKEA Food or communication and interior design. Together with and supported by your leader, you will develop your leadership capabilities to be able to give and take responsibility. We believe in “on-the-job” training, which means that most of your learnings at IKEA will happen together with your co-workers in running business on the floor.
