Would you like to join Pandora at a very exciting time for the brand, where you will be key contributor, leading the global product development team?

As Director of New Product Development, you will be leading a team of 8 skilled individuals working within tight timelines to develop new products across all categories – from sketch through to finished samples.

You will drive the process to ensure all products: meet our quality standards, hit the right target cost and are ready to be delivered to production on time.

You will build relations with end-to-end stakeholders to ensure smooth operational running across new product development.
