You will be responsible for leading our Electrical and Automation engineering department, where you will develop and lead resources to achieve the needs and expectations of the growing business. Being a visible and supportive leader, your main task will be to ensure that we reach our ambitious growth targets within Electrical and Automation engineering area. You will also be responsible for improving operational output and efficiency via the identification and completion of engineering improvement projects and standardization initiatives.
