Senior Application Scientist in Dairy Bioprotection

Your overall objective is to support our customers by presenting and tailoring bioprotective solutions for cheese and fresh dairy to dairies all over the world. As such, you will independently plan, run and report activities related to technical customer support, both in terms of on-site support and laboratory support.

Your primary tasks will be to:

Present fermentation enabled bioprotection at customer meetings, visits and seminars
Support customers with high-class technical advice including the design of field trial protocols and on-site plant reviews
Plan and report trials made in the laboratory or in-house pilot dairy – in collaboration with Laboratory Technicians
Coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously – linking to our R&D, Commercial Development, Sales and customers
