Global Customer Care Process Lead
As a Global Customer Care Process Lead, you’ll lead the charge on rolling out new global standards to enable system-wide change within the organization. Situated in our Order-to-Cash Center of Excellence, you’ll contribute to the strategic development of the Order-To-Cash process and design global process solutions together with relevant Supply Chain Product Owners.
The Order-To-Cash Center of Excellence’s key objective is to design exceptional digital customer experiences. You will be part of an ambitious team that is anchoring new ways of working and implementing sustainable improvements in the Order-To-Cash processes. You will be the point of contact for the SC Product Owners and the Regional O2C Process Leads to align development plans and initiatives. You will identify areas to improve inspired by best practices, and design global process solutions together with relevant SC Product Owner.
