The Supply Chain Product Owner for Case Management and Artificial intelligence will continuously improve the Order-to-Cash business processes supported by Salesforce and AI to design for a great Customer Experience. You will deliver highly impactful and transformational results for global Order-to-Cash standards implemented into the regions.

The Order-to-Cash Center of Excellence’s key objective is to design great digital Customer Experiences. You will be part of an ambitious team that is anchoring new ways of working and implementing sustainable improvements in the Order-to-Cash processes. You will be working with digital strategies and solutions in a global team and develop solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders like Customer Care, Digital Transformation, or IT. A typical project will focus on automating the customer interactions using e.g. order entry or document management.
