Technical Lead, Advanced Protein Solutions, Lyngby

We now seek a Technical Lead to drive new product development projects from a technical perspective. The focus of the position will be to develop new ingredients for unmet customer and consumer demands within our different focus areas, the first activities will be on protein beverages and bars.

Your role will be to drive product development from very early preparation & characterization of the protein ingredients, to development of prototypes for proof-of-concept and further to early commercialization. The focus of the position will be to develop high performing and sustainable alternative specialty protein solutions across our food application areas. You must possess the technical insight to clearly explain features, benefits and competitive advantage of products as they are relevant to Novozymes’ customers and ultimately the consumer.
