The Danish Meteorological Institute (DMI) opens one-two four-year full time positions for talented research scientists to work on the HARMONIE-AROME based Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) system.

The successful applicants will work in a stimulating research environment as members of a team in the Research Department.

You will be involved in an extensive collaboration with our international research partners in ACCORD/HIRLAM/United Weather Center to work on model systems based on HARMONIE-AROME.

Depending on your background and interests, you will have opportunity to work on projects on model development, hyper resolution hectometric scale weather forecasting, or very high resolution regional reanalysis.
