Are you a keen analyst with an interest in HR? Can you combine dialogue with Excel? Would you help us build HR infrastructure that supports management decisions in Salling Group? We have a small Compensation & Benefits team in HR that is exposed broadly in Salling Group.

Salling Group has approximately 54.000 employees working across Netto, Bilka, BR, føtex, Salling and HQ. They are all working on improving everyday life - for our customers, our colleagues, and in the societies we are part of.

In order to professionalize and streamline our processes and tools around Compensation and Benefits, we have decided to dedicate resources in a small team of two to target this area to assist the business with all aspects within C&B. In this job you will be exposed to a wide variety of assignments.
