As a Coordinator within the Order Fulfilment Team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to the Regional service offices. In this position, you will be the main contact point for the Regional service offices with regards to their spare parts needs. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to, receiving and processing requisitions in accordance with planned requirements, understanding and communication of market conditions and supplier activity which could affect delivery, handling quotation requests, sales and backorder management, delivery management and managing the purchase order book exceptions related to the sales orders.
