Are you looking for a senior global position with significant organizational impact and ultimate finance excellence accountability? As our Global Finance Excellence Manager, you lead the Global Finance Excellence team with the aim to accelerate a unified way of working in Marel, driving for digitalization and automation.

Your team will lead global alignment and excellence in processes, projects, data and systems in close cooperation with global functional teams as well as other key stakeholders. The team as well leads and drives Finance in implementing global transformation programs and projects from design through implementation and aftercare. The Manager collaborates with Finance and the business to understand business needs and translate those needs into improvement projects. The Manager will act as a business project manager to realize the implementation of processes and projects.
