The Senior (digital) Learning & development Specialist will be responsible for the development of training materials targeted at technical field personnel. You will work with a project team of Subject Matter Experts and trainers to analyze the training needs of specific target groups, develop concepts that will provide the required competences and operationalize the training modules into the Learning Centers.

Roles and Responsibilities

Facilitate and document Training Needs Analysis
Create materials based on adult learning theory
Implement modern teaching technologies like VR and other digital delivery methods
