People & Culture plays an important role in developing our organization with right capabilities and strong engagement. As our new colleague, you will primarily work with our efforts in internal communication supporting culture, and external communication towards candidates and employer branding.

You will be a part of a dedicated People & Culture team with passion for our professions, people and the development of Flügger. You will have interface across borders with colleagues in Sweden, Norway, and Poland.
