HR Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and reliable HR Manager to establish a professional HR Operations and Compensation & Benefit ‘Center of Excellence’ within our Global HR Department.

This is a hands-on role with strategic long-term focus where you will be managing the entire pre-, on-, off-boarding process from gathering all required new employees information, data, documents and all related tasks.

You will be the go-to person when it comes to handling the contract management process (incl. template drafting and visa/work permit checks) and improving/implementing a new HR archive system, maintaining employee files to ensure compliance.

We are looking for someone to take the lead on our HR Policies and Procedures across Countries and make sure that they are appropriately documented, cascaded and implemented across the entire organization, as well as structuring C&B in a more professional way.
