Director of Engineering

As a Director of Engineering, you will oversee Vivino’s cross-functional constituent teams - these represent our users, customers, and producers. Together with our CTO, you will help plan and define our technical roadmap while managing hiring for the teams.
Working out of our office in Copenhagen and reporting to the CTO, you will have overall responsibility for all aspects of software development within the constituent teams and ensure that our Product and Engineering goals are well defined, communicated, and executed. As part of this, you will oversee rapidly growing teams of developers, align on their hiring and onboarding efforts, and mentor and develop our individual team leads.
