Are you able to create a sustainable agile culture where continuous improvement, continuous delivery and progress monitoring are natural parts of the operating model?

As Scrum Master you will support the Product Owner in optimal backlog management and ensure that the domain, scope and goals are understood by the team members. You will help the development team by improving ways of working and developing metrics and thereby increasing the predictability and quality of the deliveries. You will be facilitating agile events, hackathons and demonstrations while working together with the other Scrum Masters in the organization to increase productivity.
