SCM Customer Experience Partner

You will daily be handling a variation of tasks within supply chain management and transportation solutions and be assigned to a logistics control tower for one of our key clients.

You will own the customer experience of your client and be in proactive daily contact with customers, suppliers and other relevant stakeholders. You will coordinate our end-to-end logistics solutions with colleagues globally (origin and/or destination countries) to ensure that all shipments are duly prepared for arrival.

Amongst other you will:

  • Coordinate shipment pre advice as per routine.
  • Ensure a customer profitability overview.
  • Work with improving routines and our procedures in a lean organization.
  • Coordinate operational tasks together with our Global Service Center.
