As Senior Software Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for bringing our Product Vision into reality and to encourage, develop, and empower your team to continue to deliver industry-leading software.

Key Responsibilities

Work Closely with the Product Management Team and other key stakeholders of one of our software products on: Product Vision, Product Strategy and continuous improvement of the agile processes and alignment between Product Management and the Development Team, to ensure that we are building the right product
Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to multiple software development teams.
Take on the management responsibilities regarding Recruitment, On-boarding, Performance Management and Skills Development
