Are you today a certified Scrum Master and do you have a wish to work in an international environment creating highly integrated physical products with cross-functional teams covering electronics, mechanics and system engineering and do you have a passion for coaching them so they improve?

Grundfos has basically transformed our development organization into an agile setup and we are continuously working on getting it more efficient and better and we are not there yet. To support this and bring us even further into the agile setup we need one additional experienced Scrum Masters who have a wish to contribute to this transformation.

As a Scrum Master your main responsibility in the control box team 2 will be to coach your cross-functional development team and guide them so they improve the ways of working.
