Are you motivated by creating a world class billing customer experience? Are you able to convert existing broken billing journeys and pain points into possibilities and journeys that work effortlessly for the customer in close collaboration with different business units, finance and IT?

As manager for “receiving & paying invoices”, you will direct a team of around 5 to elevate the billing experience by focusing on improving the existing billing journeys in collaboration with finance, our contact centre and IT.

You will be part of the department CX & Operations as CX & Journeys is part of. CX & Journeys are made up of 5 teams, also called journeys, that together make up the E2E journey in YouSee, which we are accountable for.
