You are a manager above all. You make sure that our project deliveries are on time and live up to our cost-efficiency and quality expectations.

Selecting, developing, leading, evaluating and motivating your employees is your primary way of fulfilling your quality goals, which you achieve through due diligence in capability management. In addition, you take accountability of test methodologies and best practices in the S&V, Motor and Hydraulics Laboratory.
