Central File Management and Restaurant File Management (CFM/RFM)

We are currently looking for a resource within Central File Management and Restaurant File Management (CFM/RFM) to work with our organization in Denmark. You will be part of HAVI's SCI Nordic Team, reporting to Sara Lindbom, SCI Manager based in Sweden.

As our new CFM and RFM Resource in Denmark you will act as a standalone responsible for all CFM/RFM related questions towards our biggest customer McDonald’s. Your internal stakeholders will be across many departments such as Supply Planning, ROP and Customer Support. You will also interact regularly with McDonald’s HQ and the HAVI Nordic PDM team.

Some of your key areas of responsibilities

• Administrate raw item master data.
• Prepare and set up promotions in system: raw items, recipes, yield.
• Monthly price update of CFM system for McDonald’s.
• Communicate raw item information and promotion details to all relevant parties, external and internal.
