Join us in this role where you’ll be part of creating the new People & Development ART which focuses on strengthening the talent approach (so we can continue to grow as a global green energy leader powered by talent), attracting talent, building inclusive teams, and growing and sharing our talent around the world.

You’ll be part of the leadership group alongside the release train engineer and the product manager who constitute the delivery organisation that steer the value-enabling solutions at the right quality level. Together with your colleagues, you’ll work in a community consisting of 90+ architects as part of an agile delivery organisation.
