Are you an experienced PEOPLE (HR) Business Partner with the skillset to support the strategy at our brands, when it comes to organisational development, PEOPLE processes, employee-related challenges and much more? Then you may be just the new colleague we are looking for.

As PEOPLE Business Partner, you take responsibility for developing and maintaining PEOPLE processes in your brands, ensuring that the PEOPLE function supports the strategy and that tasks are solved in the best way possible.

Based on your solid experience with PEOPLE’s core disciplines – such as PEOPLE development, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employment law - you challenge, support and develop the business in developing engaged teams, skilled leaders and a high-performance culture.
