Danfoss Business Systems is looking for an experienced pricing professional who can demonstrate a proven track record in pricing excellence and change process facilitation. The Danfoss Group is rolling out a Pricing Excellence Program which will drive pricing excellence across all Danfoss segments.

You will play a key role in developing and introducing best-in-class price-setting principles, as well as helping the organization develop advanced capabilities and a new mindset to achieve and sustain pricing excellence. Your role is to support the development of pricing strategies globally and across all Danfoss segments. This includes developing new methodology and processes, specifying tools, and facilitating change through training, optimization of processes, coaching, and engaging the organization.
