As Data Science & Analytics Lead, you will be joining an ambitious team who is responsible for both informing LEGO Ventures’ strategic direction and making those plans a reality. This is a newly-established function within the LEGO Ventures team and will therefore require an entrepreneurial approach and results-oriented attitude.

As Data Science & Analytics Lead, your main area of responsibility will be to lead the establishment of the needed infrastructure as well as identifying, analyzing, and making sense of relevant datasets to inform the outlook and strategy within our investment and incubation verticals. This includes:

  • Building an outstanding data-driven culture, infrastructure, and backbone in the newly established Data & Insights team
  • Mapping our data needs, acquiring, and building proprietary datasets and models for our industry and verticals to inform our outlook and strategy
