How would you define Customer Care and Inside Sales in an international medical device company?

As our new Inside Sales & Customer Care Specialist, you bring experience in delivering outstanding service through different platforms. You have a sales and service-oriented background and have a general understanding of technical products and possibly some knowledge within the field of audiology, however, this is not a prerequisite.

You continuously look for clever solutions that support everyday tasks providing leaner processes resulting in better service.
