As Group Leader you will motivate your team to take pride in the daily support and deliveries to our production and development departments ensuring optimal planning of the operations of chemical analysis.

With excellent people skills and a solid knowledge of laboratory processes, you will develop the 12 skilled and dedicated lab technicians in the team, be responsible for safety, quality, planning and continuous improvements in your team. You will be part of a strong team of chemists and specialists in the department, that have fun and enjoys dealing with a huge portfolio of analytical methods, procedures and equipment.
