The position as Administrative Assistant is new at Wiik Pharma ApS.
The main purpose of the position is first and foremost to support the CEO and the QA, and secondly support to other employees in a variety of administrative tasks, to ensure proper, positive, timely and effective interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
The employee is expected to be a master of multi-tasking with excellent communication skills and an up-beat attitude.
The position is initially part-time, 20 hours of work per week, but is expected to become a full time position, in line with company needs and employees desire.
