Director, Europe Fulfillment Operations

You will be involved in setting and driving overall direction and strategy for Planning and Logistics in Danfoss Climate Solutions.

Performance management is in your DNA and you have the outside-in approach with a full focus on the customer experience. Additionally, you will be in the lead of defining future direction and scope for the Europe FF Operations team.

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Focus on CDC/SDC/SPC fulfilment operations and processes with a strategic and tactical outlook
Very close cooperation with factory planning teams, regional sales and CSC teams to ensure high availability at CDC/SDC while staying within stock budget and cost-to-serve frames
Run performance meetings with Sales, CSC and GS-L
