Are you proficient and passionate about IT-support and for delivering an excellent service to employees across the organization? Do you have a deep interest in getting the most out of Microsoft 365 and transferring the knowledge to users? Are you ready to take the next step in your career and help us become more efficient using our digital setup? Then you might be the IT Supporter we are looking for!

As IT Supporter you will be responsible for handling incoming requests from more than 700 colleagues in Denmark, Germany, Switzerland and US. We also expect you to contribute to the development of our work processes and systems to ensure efficiency and a world class service towards our users as the company is expanding.
