Are you passionate about leading others? Do you have the skills to collaborate and bring people together towards a common goal? And would you like to lead a highly skilled external sales team in Denmark?

You will lead a highly skilled industry sales team of 5 external salespeople. You will also become part of our Nordic management team of 7 in total, where we set strategies, evaluate and debate.

As our new sales manager, your primary responsibility is to lead the external industry sales team in Denmark towards delivering on the sales growth and profitability targets. While keeping a keen eye on the pipeline, it is also vital that your focus is on great people management and growing both your team’s competences and motivation.
