Do you want to work in a dedicated team focusing on building great data products in a flat hierarchy where decisions are made based on what is the ‘right’ solution to a problem, rather than who has the highest rank?

You will be working on both incubation projects for clients that seek to solve complex problems but also on projects with a strong focus on developing standard products and tools that combine traditional software development with ML. You will work with a state-of-the-art ML setup that is hard to find elsewhere.

You have a thirst for knowledge and are eager to learn new skills. You are a problem-solver that gets things done. You can combine theoretical knowledge about AI/ML and statistics with software development. You are passionate about creating value. You dare to make mistakes, but you learn from them when they occur.
