Every day we monitor our inbound flow and identify where we have problems with our shipments. As our Shipping Assistant in Inbound Flow, you will be responsible for following up with our forwarders, secure right and proactive information to our brands, and take actions towards critical delays. Also, you will be working closely with our Inbound Planning unit to secure the right flow is prioritized to meet customer needs. Therefore, we need a structured employee who can keep a controlled overview when challenges arrive. Among others your tasks include:

• Control our flow through our monitoring system
• Walkthrough and actions towards shipment alerts
• Communication with forwarders, planning, and Bestseller’s brands
