The purpose of the Implementation Project Manager position is to head the project teams that will ensure O&M processes and systems to be embedded, making O&M organisation ready to take over before entering the operations and maintenance phase.

Key deliverables and activities:

Prepare, plan and execute the implementation package on time for O&M phase according to defined scope and budgets (processes, systems and trainings).
Maintain and adjust overview of project status and follow up on deviations.
Plan resources needed for the implementation, setup and manage the project team of Implementation Advisors etc. during preparation and execution.
