Do you want to be a part of transforming our sales organization to be even more customer focused and data driven? Can you collaborate closely across our commercial organization, IT and Business Analytics, Finance and top management to ensure that we have the sales platforms, tools and processes in place to do so? If so, Terma has a unique opportunity for you to become Commercial Excellence, Senior Consultant with direct report to the EVP of the CCO area.

In this newly established role, you will be responsible for governance and tools, forecast accuracy and portfolio management interfacing internal stakeholders. You will act as a change agent driving transformation and harmonization across the commercial area. In addition, you will have a key role in strengthening the interaction and network around market leads in the regions.
