Our Customer Care Specialists are responsible for delivering a high level of courteous and efficient customer service in response to customer enquiries across multiple contact channels.
You will be resilient and adaptable and have a natural passion for making people happy. You will be supporting our customer care agents with inquiries and we expect you to be able to deal with escalations such as payment, deliveries, IT-problems or callbacks. You will be reporting to the Head of Customer Care HelloFresh Nordics.
