As our new Business Intelligence Manager you will be part of our Insights Team and report to our Lead Data and Insights Architect.

As Business Intelligence Manager you will be responsible for establishing and executing on the following responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

Develop and manage BI solution to make data available in the most user-friendly way possible (internally and towards customers)
Support Contract Management/Billing; e.g. to prepare accurate invoice based on customer’s consumption
Support Customers, by providing accurate and intuitive data for reporting and Business Intelligence tools (Customer Reports of all active services and consumption (static reports and BI access for ‘live drilling’)
