Customer Service (UK & Ireland)

You will support team UK/ROI and ensure that all our customers get the best possible service from start to finish. You will be responsible for the daily flow of overall support as well as in-house sales via phone and e-mail. You will work closely with colleagues internally and externally.

The desired profile

You have customer service experience from the UK/ROI market and hold a good knowledge of its culture from which you can build strong relations. Your ability to create close relationships with our customers is vital as we base our collaborations on empathy, trust and shared success. Giving the best possible service is simply part of who you are.
