Danfoss Business System (DBS) is looking for an experienced Senior Training Specialist who will be responsible for the concept development, design and implementation of DBS Capability Building for key stakeholders across the group.

As our new Training Specialist, you will work on continuously improving Danfoss Business System’s training portfolio. Together with your DBS colleagues, you will drive the DBS training agenda to ensure that we always have the relevant capabilities offerings on all levels.

Your primary role will not be to train our business yourself, but rather to sharpen our Trainings portfolio and approach and to educate the trainers in the DBS functions.
