Employer Branding Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your main responsibilities will be within Talent Acquisition, and more specifically focusing on our employer branding strategy. You will be working closely with our global Talent Acquisition team to ensure alignment across all our Talent Acquisition divisions globally.

As we are building up our employer branding strategy, you will become involved from the very beginning of e.g. defining our employee value proposition to the wider strategy perspective of how to put Siemens Gamesa on the map as a brand. This involves both strategic planning, practical and creative development of materials and finally roll-out of campaigns and local initiatives.
