Are you ready to take on the overall responsibility for Buying, Sourcing & CSR across hummel? And can you define, communicate, and implement Group policies and processes that set new standards for buying & sourcing in hummel? Then you might be our new Group Head of Buying, Sourcing & CSR in hummel!

You will have the overall responsibility for Buying, Sourcing & CSR across hummel, including the responsibility for our standards, processes and tools related to Buying, Sourcing & CSR. You are responsible for establishing a cost and time efficient seasonal forecasting and sampling strategy.

Your key tasks will be to:

Implement processes and platforms to follow up on supplier delays as well as secure proper quality assurance
Implement and follow up on purchase orders to minimize delays
