Can you lead and inspire a knowledgeable S&OP planning team? And do you have what it takes to ensure joint plans for sales, marketing, finance and production?

You will gain insight in AFI globally as well as in our S&OP framework and use this to constructively challenge our business, lifting the bar for our delivery process (OTIF).

More specifically, you will:

Lead, develop and motivate your team
Balance demand with supply and finances – you collaborate closely with our commercial teams like
Sales and Product Management, not to mention Supply Chain and Finance in the process
