As a team leader within NPI & NPP, you will engage with a broad range of stakeholders on a regular basis. You will ensure that the team thrives and reaches the targets set throughout different projects and that correct procedures and processes are followed.

You will allocate resources, deliver sparring to the Head of OPS Nacelle and coach team members. You will be responsible for coordinating the efforts with different departments and project managers ranging from technology and quality to HSE and more. This includes allocating time for the team to visit production sites around the globe to implement solutions.
